Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Organize domestic shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Distribute customer orders for picking, packing and shipping to warehouse personnel
  • Prepare shipping documents and manage the company vehicle fleet as well as communication with third-party logistics providers
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations
  • Process incoming goods

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience as a Logistics Coordinator
  • Experience in data maintenance and knowledge of customs matters
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and with an ERP system
  • Good organizational skills as well as verbal and wirtten communication skills
